NEDONNA welcomes new “Grimer’z” to our site! Thanks for joining us (and enjoying us) here!

It all started after one of our family wine tastings when my brother (after taste testing many wines) exclaimed “Heyy yyoouuu should wwhite a blogggg!! Pfpffpfnnszzz!” And what I heard (after taste testing even more wine than him) was, “Barry you’re brilliant, and should dedicate some of your extra time to constructing some sort of wine related web log that would discuss our wine winners and losers so our friends could benefit from our tasting experiences!” So then I aptly retorted, “Yyyyuur fsf so abbbsollut-trhey cooorrrrccccct and theyyylll liked becucsusss wwwhinnn an winnnnnns andddd mmooo winnneee toooo….” Well, it was settled and the next day “Bottom Bottle” was born. Then soon after came “Rhine Country” (covering white wines) then others started blogging too! Too many blogs!

So why create NEDONNA? For purely selfish reasons I admit, I wanted a single Grimes blogging platform, a portal (or porthole if you prefer), from which to track and check our other blogs, read updates and news snippets, link blogs and sites of intrest, stay connected with other Grimes and friends etc. Consider NEDONNA your own personal one-stop Grimes (and friends of Grimes) shop!

Nedonna Beach is where we grew up and played along the scenic rustic sands of the northern Oregon coast. It’s a special place and makes for a good backdrop to this type of blogging gateway. If you’ve been to Rockaway, Garibaldi, Tillamook, Seaside, Nehalem Bay, or Canon Beach, please feel free to contribute your thoughts.
